Purpose
This reflects the good-faith intent of an organization to explore participation as a Founding Organizational Partner in The 500 Project.
It is not a contract and does not establish a formal partnership.
What The 500 Project Is
The 500 Project is designed to provide shared infrastructure supporting candidate development, activation, and organizational coordination.
The goal is to create a more consistent and scalable foundation that organizations can utilize while maintaining full independence.
This may include:
- Candidate and activist recruitment support
- Screening and verification processes
- Training infrastructure
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Execution support within authorized parameters
Organizational Control
Participating organizations retain full control over:
- Candidate approval
- Budget decisions
- Messaging frameworks
- Political expenditures
- Compliance responsibilities
Each organization operates independently and remains responsible for its own activities.
How This Is Structured
The 500 Project operates as an infrastructure and services provider.
It does not function as:
- A joint political committee
- A pooled governance structure
- A partnership between organizations
All activity is expected to be executed through formal agreements and within applicable legal frameworks if and when participation is formalized.
Participation at This Stage
At this stage, participation is limited to expressing interest and staying involved as the project develops.
There is:
- No financial commitment
- No operational requirement
- No binding obligation
Future participation, if any, would be defined through separate agreements following legal review.
Confidentiality
Expressions of interest will be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.
With permission, organizations may be referenced in private discussions with aligned stakeholders.
